Follow the tour guide in the footsteps of Jean Fréour, a prolific yet discreet artist from Batz-sur-Mer. Gifted with poetic inspiration, this talented sculptor left numerous works throughout Loire-Atlantique, particularly in Batz-sur-Mer, where he lived for many years until the end of his life. This guided tour is dedicated to him.
A tasting of galettes and crêpes will be offered at the end of the visit.

Initiated in 2007 by the Petites Cités de Caractère® network of the Sarthe department, the “Dimanches de Caractère®” now take place in Petites Cités de Caractère® across France, including Batz-sur-Mer. Combining heritage discovery, encounters with local residents, and tastings of regional products, they offer unusual visits to places, exploring great history through small stories.
