Presentation

Magnificent building overlooking the Presqu'île, the Tower of the church Saint-Guénolé was built in the seventeenth century. From its 70 m high, it offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and salt marshes, the most beautiful panorama in the region.
The baluster terrace is accessible by an internal staircase with 184 steps. On a clear day, you can see the islands of Noirmoutier and Belle-Île-en-Mer.

Ticket sales until 30 minutes before closing.
Closed in case of bad weather.

Departures every half hour.
Duration of the visit: 25 minutes maximum. 

Opening hours: Open from April to November, 7 days a week
From 6 to 30 April: from 14h - 18h30
May, June, September: 10h - 12.30h/ 14h - 18h00 (last ascent at 17.30h)
July, August: 10h - 18h30 All Saints' Day Holidays: 14h - 18h
