It's also possible to visit the salt marshes of Pascal and Delphine DONINI and to buy their Batz-sur-Mer salt, carefully harvested and sorted: coarse grey salt, fleur de sel and prepared salts.
From the production to the packaging, they work manually, which keeps the original quality of their salt.
