Five mornings of relaxation and attention to oneself accompanied by this respectful and attentive physical work proposed by the method of Dr. Ehrenfried, a parenthesis for the body and mind.
You will discover the depth of action of this method and its possibility of osteoarticular fascia release.
You will progress towards a better knowledge of your body which will allow you to integrate certain movements into your daily life according to your current needs.
I will gently accompany you in the diversity of movements of Dr. Ehrenfried’s method.
Addresses everyone without distinction of age and ability
Develops body awareness
Ensures physical and mental relaxation
Restores flexibility to muscles and mobility to joints
Allows better body use, a harmonious posture which relieves pain and discomfort
Learns to better manage energy and stress
Allows chronic painful people to regain the pleasure of moving

Internship led by Isabelle Lamy, practitioner of the method of Dr. Ehrenfried (consciousness gymnastics) and Qi Gong teacher.
