Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 7pm to 9pm, at the Salle des fêtes in Batz-sur-Mer. 

Come and discover the karate body in a friendly atmosphere!
You can come alone, with friends and neighbors... all interested people are welcome.
No previous experience in karate or fitness is required. Simply bring a comfortable outfit, sports shoes (indoor) and a bottle of water for hydration!

A friendship pot will be offered at the end of the session.

Rates: free for members of the Bushi Dojo, 5 € for non-members.
For all ages 12 and up.

Note: 2 other discovery evenings will be offered by the Bushi Dojo club in June. To follow... !
