From 9:30 to 12:30: with a half-hour break (afternoons and evenings free).

Workshop moderated by Isabelle Lamy.
Doctor Ehrenfried’s (holistic gymnastics) practitioner and Qi Gong teacher (graduate of the Ling Gui School of Dr Liu Dong), Isabelle Lamy has been listening to the body since 1985 in the exercise of her profession as a physiotherapist.
This method of Qi Gong created by Master LIU HE, appeals to the great concepts of Chinese culture. Yi-Yang, five elements or five agents, Ba gua, trigrams and hexagrams, the "9 flying stars".
This year is a transition year for the next 20 years and as navigators to find our way, we will connect you to the stars.
