Nourishing the body and mind, this is the new challenge that the Museum of salt marshes launches by offering once a month an unprecedented intervention. The principle? Highlight an unusual object, a theme or an artist presented at the museum and propose a little wonder of the terroir to surprise the taste buds. On Thursday, December 11, "Let’s sing and enjoy Christmas with pretty voices" with Véronique Vanco, musicologist: discover local culinary specialties through the songs of the Christmas Bibles from Guérande and their analysis by a specialist.
