Les Dunes de Codan : Nice 4 star rated gite with air conditioning
This pleasant house is located 700 metres from the beach with access by paths along most of the route.
The centre of Le Pouliguen is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride away, the cycle path passes in front of the house. This is convenient for going to the market. There are two bikes on site. The centre of Batz is 5 kms away and Le Croisic 9 kms.
The intermarket is 200 meters away.
The house is very comfortable and has absolutely all the facilities. The bedding is in very good condition. All linen is provided (beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels, napkins). The cleaning products are eco-labelled.
The air-conditioning allows you to rest well in case of heat wave.
On the sheltered terrace you can grill and use the planchas.
We usually stay on site and are at your disposal.

Special Bed and Breakfast offer only in low season 100€ per night for 2 persons with hearty breakfast (3 nights max).
