In partnership with the Maison de la Poésie de Nantes, the bookshop La Gède aux Livres invites the poet and novelist Karim Kattan. This Palestinian author born in 1989 in Jerusalem, lives today in France. He is the author of three novels. His first collection of poems: 'Hortus Conclusus' published in 2025, derives its title from the formula of the Canticle of Canticles 'The enclosed garden', this isolated and yet so permeable space
to the outside world, Bethlehem at its center.
