The association Transitions en Côte Sauvage invites Yves-Marie Le Lay to a conference on green algae. Yves-Marie Le Lay is the author of a book that received the "orange" environmental award: "Green algae, a state scandal." For him, these algae blooms are not only toxic, they give us the image of denatured agriculture. President of a federation of associations, he was forced to resort to the French courts or the European institutions in order to win his case.
