Fitness area of the petit-bois

The little wood welcomes young and old in a green space surrounded by trees.
For the older ones, ten connected fitness modules are installed on the lawn between the rue de l'Atlantique and the tennis courts. Something to keep your muscles in shape!
Among the equipment, you will find an arm bike with adjustable resistance (accessible to people with reduced mobility), parallel bars, a pull-up and push-up bar, a bench for abdominal muscles, a street workout structure and three step modules of different heights. There are also two bikes (one sporty and one classic) that can be adjusted in size and connected to a sports application.
For beginners, an information and advice panel will guide you through your next sports session. A drinking water point is available behind the kiosk in the Parc du Petit Bois, as well as public toilets in the village hall.
