Come and enjoy our apartment SEA VIEW in the exceptional location with a large private terrace.

With ACCESS to the beautiful sandy beach blond Valentin but also to the POOL of the residence.

Very close to amenities (supermarket, bakery), the SNCF train station (TGV DIRECT Paris 3h30 , Le Mans , Angers , Nantes) as well as small cities of characters of Le Croisic and Batz-sur-mer.
The salt marshes of Guérande are visible a few steps.

The apartment was renovated in 2023 with a current decoration. You will have the necessary comfort in any season.

Can accommodate: 5 adults (max 6pers.compris child/ baby).
The living room is bright with living room and an open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave-grill and Nespresso …),
For lunch, you enjoy the large sunny terrace with electric plancha.

The rooms are quiet without and vis-à-vis:
-A room «La Govelle»;10m2 with a double bed, queen size (160cm).
-A «Saint-Michel» room;9m2 with a double bed, queen size (160cm).
-A "corner cabin" (without window); 5m2 with bunk bed (2x80cm) for children.

ATTENTION:
Bed linen and house linen are optional if needed. (the concierge can provide you easily if needed).
Nevertheless ,we put at your disposal the duvets (dimensions of the sets to be provided if necessary: queen size bed -the two double rooms: 220x240cm, bunk bed and pull-out sofa: 140x200cm )and pillows (60x60cm).

*the accommodation is not disabled (PMR) because it has the small staircase (width 70cm) to access the night floor.
*the bunk bed in the cabin room is for children.
*the apartment has a bathroom (night floor -garden level), a shower room with a toilet (day floor -garden level).
*depending on the period, the residence reserves the right to close the direct beach access (works, high tides, etc.), you will then have to take the pedestrian path to the right of the residence to access Valentin beach.
