The media library and Les Amis de la Gède celebrate «Heritage», the national theme of the 9th edition of Nuits de la lecture.

For this edition of the Nuits de la Lecture, the association «Les Amis de la Gède» invites you to a BISTROT party. Recently registered as part of the intangible cultural heritage of France by the association that represents them, bistros and cafés have also submitted an application to be listed as UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage. It is not the physical space of the bistro that has been recognized, but all the social and cultural practices that take place there: intergenerational discussions, convivial exchanges, sharing around a counter... Les Amis de la Gède will recreate the atmosphere for this evening. Exchanges, discussions and reading aloud of texts of all kinds. Come share on the zinc your briefs, proverbs, sayings, quotes sober or skimmed (not too much anyway...).
