This factory kept using traditional methods to make this authentic biscuits.

All their culinary creations are made with fresh butter for example ‘la feuille d’or’ which is a small flaky biscuit which contains slightly less than 50% butter.

You can discover the making of each of our products from the kneading of the dough to the baking thanks to a window which leads from our shop into the production area. Followed by an informative 10-minute video and tasting. Preferred time for such visits 8:30am to 12am.
