Our workshop draws its inspiration from Morta, the fossilising oak that we extract from the Brière marshes.

This unique material, steeped in 5,000 years of history, lies at the heart of our business.

Every year, around 6,000 knives come to life in our workshop, reflecting the passion we put into our work.

We'd like to welcome you to our workshop, so that you can immerse yourself in our day-to-day work as craftsmen and knifemakers.
