Stay in the heart of the town in a charming holiday home renovated in 2024, where everything is within walking distance: Saint-Michel beach at 400 m, train station 350 m, shops and market within 150 m.
Authentic stone house, it combines charm and modern comfort and can accommodate up to 8 people. You will enjoy a secure private courtyard, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as an outdoor shower, perfect after the beach.
Just 15 minutes from La Baule, 10 minutes from Croisic and Guérande, in the immediate vicinity of the wild coast and salt marshes, the house is the ideal starting point to discover the Guérande peninsula.

Ground floor: large bright living room with semi-open kitchen/dining room fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, filter and piston coffee makers).
Table for 8 people, living room with two sofas, TV, storage space, large bay window on the courtyard. separate toilet.
1st floor: two bedrooms with double bed 140 cm, two shower rooms, separate WC.
Mezzanine with children’s play area (games, books) and cot.
2nd floor (attic): family room with 1 double bed 160 cm (convertible into 2 single beds) and 2 single bunk beds.
