Passionate about pastry from an early age and after 20 years of experience in boutique pastry, hotel and restaurant business and workshop production, Frédéric decided to open his first pastry shop.
On 14 July 2021, Adel, a 100% organic artisanal pastry shop, opened its doors in Batz-sur-Mer.
Frédéric's passion leads him to offer gourmet products in a more responsible way. His wish is to offer creations that are good, beautiful and, above all, better for your health!
All the products are made in the traditional way, in the Batz-sur-Mer workshop, with the aim of offering quality pastries, made from organic products, as local as possible and in season.

From spring to autumn, you can enjoy the terrace to taste the pastries and the selection of drinks.

Customised orders are possible.

Tuesday - Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Sunday: 9am to 1pm
