Between the sea and the salt marshes, Batz sur Mer is a small typical seaside resort, close to pretty beaches (Valentin, Govelle, Saint Michel) halfway between Pouliguen and Le-Croisic, with direct access to the coastal path of the Côte Sauvage.
The house is located in a very quiet area, a little high compared to the salt marshes, 2-5 minutes from the various shops of Batz, the small family beach St Michel, and the Wild Coast. It has a very quiet garden, side salt marshes, without vis-à-vis, and overlooks a quiet street with open views towards the village of Batz.
Barbecue, tables and garden furniture are there to spend good times in peace and sun.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 large equipped with double beds on the 1st floor, and 1 room/ dormitory ideal for young children or teenagers on the 2nd floor under roof. The living rooms are pleasant, sunny, the living room/ veranda is open to the garden with 2 bay windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows to make dishes as at home!
