Presentation

The Chapelle du Mûrier does not leave one indifferent...

Built in a flamboyant Gothic style, the Chapelle du Mûrier is characterised by the unity of the building lines, very harmonious and extends over 27 m long and 17 m wide.
Dating from the 15th century, it was built following a plague epidemic as a sign of thanks. Now in ruins, it still attracts the attention of visitors who are curious to understand what could have happened to it...

Visits and concerts take place there, follow the programme!

The chapel is part of the Batz-sur-Mer interpretation circuit. For the children, a fun map with games and riddles is available free of charge at the Tourist Office.
