The brand "Le Paludier" offers a range of local products made of Sel de Guérande "IGP" (Protected Geographical Indication) of condiments and other products made from vegetables, plants and seaweed.

The products "Le Paludier" are harversted and conditionned in the respect of the technical specifications "Nature et Progrès". In this way, all the products of this range got the certification "Produit Nature et Progrès" issued by one of the oldest European organisation of organic agriculture.

A shop is open to buy the products, next to the city centre of Batz-sur-Mer, and next to the Salt Cathedral.
